At Special Minds, our commitment is to engage highly skilled and dedicated service professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact. Our estimated service rates are carefully calculated through consultations with industry experts, market rate analysis, and consideration of our professionals’ experience. The exact rate is determined by the service professional’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
While we strive for quality, we understand financial constraints. Parents facing such constraints can submit requests with their budget and requirements. Our coordinators will make every effort to match them with a service professional who meets both their budget and criteria. Notably, our matching services are entirely free for clients (parents and students), with administrative fees covered solely by service professionals.

At Special Minds, clients do not incur any administrative fees. Clients only pay the agreed fees for sessions conducted by the service professional. The administrative fees we collect from clients are to be deducted from the service professional’s earnings. To confirm the first session, clients must provide their full residential address to Special Minds within 2 days of confirming the service professional. The first session fee must also be paid as a deposit by the due date specified in the invoice to secure the session. Due to high demand, time slots cannot be reserved until payment is received. If your preferred slot is no longer available, Special Minds will assist in finding an alternative service professional who can accommodate your request.
