Our English and Phonics programme is designed to build strong language foundations for children at every stage of learning, especially those with learning differences. We focus on developing reading fluency, comprehension, spelling, and written expression through structured, multisensory instruction. For early learners, phonics is taught systematically to help children decode words with confidence. For older students, lessons extend to comprehension strategies, vocabulary building, and structured writing. Each session is carefully paced to match the child’s processing ability, ensuring that learning remains accessible, engaging, and effective. We place strong emphasis on confidence-building, as many children struggle not with ability, but with self-belief. With the right guidance, children begin to read, write, and express themselves with greater independence.
Our swimming programme goes beyond learning a life skill. It is thoughtfully designed to support children who may experience sensory sensitivities, low muscle tone, or difficulties with coordination and confidence. Lessons are conducted in a calm and structured manner, allowing children to become comfortable in the water at their own pace. Our instructors are experienced in working with children who may require additional patience, visual guidance, or gradual exposure. Swimming supports physical development, improves motor coordination, and provides a therapeutic sensory experience! More importantly, it helps children build trust, resilience, and a sense of achievement as they overcome initial fears and progress steadily.
Our counselling and behavioural therapy services support children in managing emotions, behaviour, and social interactions in a safe and structured environment. We work closely with children who may experience anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, behavioural outbursts, or social difficulties. Through evidence-based approaches, therapists guide children in understanding their emotions, developing coping strategies, and building positive behavioural patterns. Sessions are personalised and paced according to each child’s readiness. We also work collaboratively with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and strategies that can be reinforced at home. Our goal is not just to manage behaviour, but to help children feel understood, supported, and empowered in their daily lives.
Our yoga programme is tailored to support children’s physical, emotional, and sensory development in a gentle and structured way. Through guided movements, breathing exercises, and simple routines, children develop body awareness, balance, and self-regulation. Sessions are designed to be predictable and calming, making them especially beneficial for children who experience anxiety, restlessness, or sensory sensitivities. Yoga provides a safe space for children to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and develop inner calm. Over time, many children show improved focus, reduced stress, and greater emotional control.
